WHAT IS SLOW RESISTANCE TRAINING?

Slow Resistance Training [SRT] evolved from the science of slow-twitch muscle activation, proven bodybuilding superset techniques, and the rising popularity of the Pilates Reformer. SRT was created to deliver an effective, accessible workout that adapts to every body—no prior fitness experience required.

With these goals in mind, evert SRT class combines all five elements of physical fitness into each and every exercise. Each exercise preformed correctly is designed to improve your:

  • Muscular Strength

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Cardiovascular Endurance

  • Balance + Flexibility

  • Body Composition

We do this through slow, controlled, continuous muscle tension and perfectly programmed sequences.
